Hi! I'm Matthew, I've been lucky to be a part of the fitness industry for the past 9 years. In this time, I spent 4 years in Cape Town, where I honed my skills working with a variety of clients and special cases, age groups ranging from 18-72. I was also able to complete a sports massage qualification which I thoroughly enjoyed and had the chance of working with the Professional football team Ajax Cape Town. With my new found skills, I was eager to go abroad and continue learning. I landed a position on The Maasdam, USA, a 5 star luxury cruise liner. My role was a fitness coordinator, where I ran many fitness classes and Fitness Seminars. My time on the ship took me to the Caribbean Islands and Canada where where I learnt a vast amount of invaluable knowledge. My next venture took me to Dubai, where I was ecstatic to work for former Heavy Weight Boxing Champion, David Hayes. My experience was overwhelming as I worked with other fitness professionals from various parts of the world. This is where I gained state of the art knowledge on the latest and best training types and workouts to get any client to their goal in the fastest and healthiest time.
