Being able to provide you with the highest quality of coaching service was crucial to me, so my coaching qualification comes from the University of Cambridge. This means that the coaching service you will receive is built upon the strongest of academic foundations, and influenced by a broad range of scientifically proven coaching models and methodologies.
I have also completed training in:
- Acceptance & Commitment Coaching. I have taken over 200 hours of certified training with Dr Russ Harris & Dr Joe Oliver.
- Group Coaching Training. I completed ICF credited Group Coaching Training with leading expert Dr Ana Paula Nacif in 2023.
- Neurodiversity in Coaching. I am currently half way through this ICF credited training with Animas.
As an avid reader and learner, I continue taking trainings, both formal and informal, to further develop my coaching skills and to ensure my knowledge is modern and agile.
I am a member of the Association for Coaching, and adhere to their Core Competencies Framework and The Global Code of Ethics.
All coaching and programs are taken via Zoom by default, but face-to-face coaching can be arranged for an additional fee in Central London (EC2) and in Colchester (Essex).
