At The Disability Force, we’re passionate about making work better for disabled people. Here's how we do it:
Supporting Disabled Individuals: Through evidence-based business and career coaching, we help people navigate the additional challenges of disability in the workplace. Our 1-1 and Group Coaching programmes use a non-directive approach grounded in psychological and behavioural science. This empowers disabled people to overcome any barriers to progress and thrive on their own terms as an employee or business owner.
Developing Inclusive Organisations: We partner with companies and organisations to build a genuine understanding of disability, helping them create inclusive working practices and policies that attract and retain disabled talent. Our Inclusive Leadership Coaching can be delivered in 1-1 or Group Coaching formats, upskilling leaders to support their disabled team members to perform at their very best, whilst also fulfilling the compliance obligations of their organisation as well.
Social Model of Disability Training: Our training for all staff brings the Social Model of Disability to life with lived experience, fresh perspectives, and practical insights. We offer interactive half-day workshops and 1-hour "lunch and learn" webinars. Our work provides safe spaces to reflect on one's understanding and relationship with disability and provides tangible ways to be allies.
Founded by Michelle Scicluna, a University of Cambridge certified coach, we combine professional expertise with lived experience to bring real, meaningful change to individuals and organisations alike.
