About MicrobiomeSupport Association

MicrobiomeSupport Association was founded in November 2023 as a follow-up to the Horizon 2020 Coordination and Support project. The Statutes and the Governance of the Association were established at the first Food System Microbiomes Conference in May 2024. MicrobiomeSupport Association is dedicated to continuing the work that was done in the project (for more detail, see MicrobiomeSupport Legacy page) to ensure that the microbiome science manages the transition from R&D into the implementation phase and thus supports the transition to a future-proof food system ensuring food security, One Health and human well-being.
