MICROBIOMES4SOY is a Horizon Europe funded research project aiming to explore microbiomes for sustainable food systems. The project will foster the transition to better planetary health through:
1. Developing microbiome-based knowledge and awareness
2. Creating microbiome-based solutions for more sustainable food production
3. Facilitating healthy soy-enriched diets
The MICROBIOMES4SOY project will last for 5 years (2024-2028) and it is coordinated by the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT). Its expertise gathers 17 partners from 10 countries in a collaboration between top universities and research centres, as well as non-profit organizations and the private sector.
