The mobile/media division was ventured out to be a much more focus entity in the mobile media convergence. The new spin off venture was incorporated in 2007 as Microimage Mobile Media. Some of the key awards won includes winning GSM Asia Mobile Innovation Award for the best application/content in 2006, GSM World Award finalist & Commendation in 2007, Winning BCS (British Computer Society) National Software Overall Award for 3 consecutive years, Winning 2 key awards from National Science Foundation with a grant from H.E President of Sri Lanka and also featuring in an interactive key note session delivered by Dr. Craig Barett (Chairman of the board Intel Corporation) during his visit to Sri Lanka.
