Established in 1945 as a branch of the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles the Mid Valley YMCA dedicated itself to improving the lives of area youth through quality programming. For over 74 years, it has provided a diverse community with values-based programs that foster positive life choices and the building of interpersonal bridges. Today, the Mid Valley YMCA is the leading area community center for youth, families, and seniors, serving over 8,000 youth and adults per year in structured programs.
