At Mighty Minds Life Coaching for Kids, we empower young minds to overcome social and emotional challenges and thrive with confidence and resilience. Our award winning intervention services, prioritise children's mental health support by equipping children, families and schools with life long skills and strategies to navigate life's challenges. Unlike traditional therapy, our personalised 1-to-1 Mindset Coaching programmes offer a fun and interactive environment incorporating mind and body tasks using specific Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to challenge and transform the way children and young people think and feel. Our bespoke school programme have been carefully designed to build emotional intelligence and spread awareness about the importance of mental health. We also offer small group programmes, mindful mentoring for teaching staff and guest speaking events to inspire and impact the wider community.
