Mike's Philly Fluff is made from scratch by RAD Bakers. Our mission is to connect people through nostalgic Philly Fluff cake. This traditional cake was a staple treat in our home and others throughout the Northeast. As we scattered across the map, the simple act of sending Philly Fluff through the mail emerged as a delightful new tradition that shows love and comfort from hundreds of miles away.
Our artisanal, cream cheese-based cake, is made with ingredients you know and love; fresh eggs, Grade A Madagascar Vanilla Beans, and butter (never oil) to name a few. With a recipe like ours, it's been easy to say ‘no’ to preservatives and artificial flavoring since day one. Our cake is baked and hand-packed in a nut-free facility, certified Kosher, and distributed with only a two-week shelf life which guarantees top quality.
