CHeesemaking workshops, Consultancy for Cheesemakers and small production plants, teaching of the accredited Cheesemaster classes and last but not least, an online shop with everything one needs for making cheese: moulds, microbilogy, rennet and much more.
We organise Cheesemaking sessions during which you learn all the aspects of cheesemaking at home. One sunday/month there's an open session (see web site for data ans more info). For teambuilding activities, groups or companies, any day (weekday or weekend) is possible.
