Millennium Ventures Group (MVG) is a venture development company, providing investment and advisory services to early and development stage companies and select turn-arounds and reorg/recapitalizations. We offer hands-on operational, business and corporate development (including M&A), strategic planning, product management and development support to stabilize or scale operations and help accelerate growth. We focus primarily on internet, mobile, media/entertainment, software, fintech, healthcare, AI, communications, e-commerce/retail, loyalty/marketing, PaaS/SaaS, social (media) and related industries, but also have a broad capability, expertise and experience in residential and commercial development.
