We are a yoga-inspired coaching company empowering leaders to transform how they live, work, and contribute in the World. Our vision is to generate a community of 5,000 conscious leaders bringing yoga and mindfulness to workplaces across the world by 2022. Founded by husband and wife duo, Dan and Cristina Houston, Mind Tribes is known for their professional development coaching and yoga teacher trainings. Dan and Cristina have presented to entire school districts, school leaders, non-profit organizations and trained over 60 people to implement their own yoga + wellness initiatives in the workplace. With over 5,000 hours of teaching combined and 7+ years in the personal development arena, the Houston's deliver research-driven programs that are impactful, transformative and effective.
