Mindarma is an evidence-based online resilience training program that teaches workers essential psychological skills.
The program is supporting thousands of workers in some of the most challenging occupations including first responders, journalists and frontline healthcare workers. Customised versions of the program are developed to address the unique stressors within a workplace.
Mindarma is supported by The Black Dog Institute and UNSW Founders. Our original research partner is Fire and Rescue NSW and our foundation partner is New South Wales Ambulance.
