I'm AJ (they/them) : a South Asian, mixed-heritage, Autistic, ADHD, Neuroscientist. I am the Wautistic Wayfinder - I help my clients with:
Depathologising their mindbodies: Learn about your neuro-normal, unlearn ableism, cultivate compassion for self.
Decolonising their thought processes: Learn about how your neuro-normal interacts with the construct of whiteness, unlearn racism and other isms/'phobias', develop your ability to take accountability.
Dismantling white supremacy: Separate your personal trauma from collective oppression, recognise and act from your power to dismantle white supremacy, build a path to collective healing and a reimagined reality.
