Its my belief that coaching is the art of empowering individuals to realise they already have the answers within them and unlock their potential- by offering deep reflection, new perspectives, and the confidence to pursue growth and transformation.
Having worked along side founders since 2016, either in the c-suite or though my consulting, I began to understand the stresses, anxieties, fears, doubts, judgements, comparisons, and uncertainties that founders go through every day.
So, in 2022 I decided to take what I learned and make it accessible to more founders who need a safe and understanding place to work through your ideas, gain clarity, and become more confident in the tough decisions you have to make.
It's tough at the top, but it doesn't have to be an isolating experience even if you do feel you have to go it alone.
