MindFirst Performance Psychology Consulting has been founded by sport psychologist Varadayini Gorhe. The objective behind this consulting is to develop and optimise the potential of athletes and professionals working high-pressure environments. MFP has products to help professionals perform to their capability by putting their "Mind First". These products include the application of sport psychology techniques to high performance fields such as sports and business where humans are expected to thrive and succeed under pressure. Varadayini's approach is based on the principles of Mindfulness-Based Interventions (MBI) along with Cognitive Behavioural Techniques (CBT).
