Sport and Performance Psychology is a growing field in India. Working with growing players and performers and helping them achieve an optimal level of performance is one of my objectives as a sport psychologist. I provide the following services to individual players, teams or group of players in a club or working with the same coach:- Individual Sessions- Group Sessions - WorkshopsI also conduct workshops for coaches and parents who are an integral part of the development of a player. The base of my consulting is REBT (Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) and Mindfulness Based Interventions (MBI).As a part of my approach, I also conduct workshops and programs with corporates or High-Pressure Environments.

Internship under Vaibhav Agashe.- Developed modules for sport psychology consulting at an individual level as well as for a group. - Learnt using biofeedback in sport psychology consulting- assisted and observed group sessions with elite- olympic level players. - Attended a national level archery camp as a sport psychologist.
