I am particularly interested in sports psychology and have a strong drive to research, explore, and cultivate a growth mindset. During my internship, I was given the opportunity to work on numerous sports psychology-related projects, which allowed me to delve deeper into my passion. One of my key tasks was creating content for sports psychology manuals, which required me to research and comprehend subjects like stress, competitive pressure, and the effect of screen time on performance. Additionally, I learned about breathing exercises and visualization techniques for interventions. I also analyzed and understood the Vienna Test System-Sport Psychology Tests, which include assessments of willpower, stress management, response time, and stimulus inhibition. Currently, I am constructing a podcast that will raise awareness of and promote interest in sports psychology. Throughout my internship, I have demonstrated an immense amount of dedication and a great drive to understand, learn, and implement my knowledge in the field of sports psychology.
