About Mindful Healing LLC

I created Mindful Healing so teens could have a space to feel safe to be themselves. I believe that learning actionable skills that teens can use in the moment empowers teens to build confidence and make changes. Mindful Healing offers Individual Therapy, Group Counseling for teens and young adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, anger, low self-esteem, and self-destructive behaviors.
