Mindful + Melanated is a mental wellness community founded BY Black a woman for Black women. If you need a safe space to tackle your unique issues around mental health and wellness without being around mixed company, judged, or stigmatized, you are encouraged to join our sister circle today. Our mission at Mindful + Melanated is to create and cultivate a community that empowers Black women to achieve and sustain a healthy, balanced life. We strive to foster an environment where you as a Black woman can candidly share your lived experience as well as give and receive the support you deserve.
