Mindful Men is a therapy service dedicated to supporting men live their best lives. We currently provide Mental Health Social Work, and Mental Health Occupational Therapy.
Our team of lived experience therapists know what it's like to struggle with life. They draw from this experience to provide a safe and supportive space for men to talk about their challenges, and learn strategies to overcome them.
Services include:
- Mental Health Treatment Plans (consult your GP for a referral)
- Veterans (Gold and some White Card holders - consult your GP for a referral)
- NDIS (self and plan managed participants)
- Private Health Insurance (depending on your level of cover)
- WorkCover QLD
- Private fee-for-service (no referral needed)
- Supervision
- Workshops
