Hi! I’m Alice H., the founder and CEO of Mindful Tech. I founded my company not only to offer solutions, but also to be a solution itself, to the terrible conditions I encountered in the workforce. When I began my career, I worked for several tech companies and got fed up with how they treated both employees and customers. It was disheartening to be at the mercy of managers who acted as if their subordinates were subhuman and operated with rampant nepotism and injustice. Every day, I would go home physically and mentally worn out. Among this, the customer also suffered, being seen as a mere wallet, and receiving subpar products in return, with their requests handled in a lackluster fashion and no real interest whatsoever. When you’re faced with a problem and can’t find a solution, you create it. I knew that delivering better service was possible, but after not finding a place to do so, I made one myself. At Mindful Tech, I aspire to offer others what I couldn’t enjoy myself: a place where both the employee and the customer are seen as human, and where their satisfaction actually matters. It has always been exciting for me to create things that others love, and I hope you also enjoy what I’ve created here.
