MindSet Nutrition Coaching, LLC is a woman-owned remote & in-person nutrition, health, & lifestyle coaching business dedicated to helping GenX women 40+ change their bodies, shift their mindset, build confidence, & experience food freedom one healthy habit at a time. No more fad diets, no gimmicks, no trends, no short-term fixes, & no unrealistic restrictions. My one-size-fits-one "3C" approach is collaborative, communicative, & client-centered. Grounded in science & evidence, I meet client unique, evolving needs & goals. My philosophy is one of deep health, taking into consideration the diverse multi-dimensional thriving of the whole person. I partner with clients to address not only nutrition, but sleep, stress, mindset, movement, & overall well-being. I empower clients to be proactive, enact change, & take responsibility by identifying the alignment between their values, identities, & priorities. The foundation of my work is in implementing small, simple, sequential, segmental, & strategic habit-stacking steps, while providing tools, guidance, education, & resources that lead to long-term sustainable change & results.
