Mindset Plus recognizes the vital role of mental health and its associated relevant behaviors in every aspect of life. We are developing evidence-based solutions designed to integrate seamlessly into programs addressing public health and social challenges and threats, such as workplace productivity and team dynamics, climate-related stress, inclusive health insurance, responsible gaming, physical fitness for employability, and the behavioral, social, and emotional well-being of school students.
Founded by two experienced professionals in psychology, education, public health, strategic behavior change and development work, Mindset Plus was created to address the urgent need for accessible, culturally responsive, and evidence-informed mental health support.
What began as a shared vision has grown into a trusted provider of mental health program design, training, and consulting services. At our core, we believe that mental health is not a luxury—it is a foundation for learning, resilience, and human dignity.
