Mine Leadership

Mine Leadership is an independent company with global reach specialised in leadership development. We work globally and support all forms of organisation (in the public and private sector, non-profits, business schools and academics, start-ups…), and the communities they serve, to develop the leadership capabilities they need to be successful and fulfil their purpose. We promote the importance of developing leadership across the world and at any level. We strongly believe that our capacity to face our most complex human-related challenges lies in the capacity to call on and develop the leadership that exists in every one of us. The company was founded in 2015 with the ambition to provide our clients with a safe place to reflect, experiment, and ultimately develop the leadership capabilities that they need to fulfil their mission. We collaborate on a project-by-project basis with key experts at the top of their fields, providing a multi-disciplinary approach to learning.
