When graduate students have the tools to understand and take control of their health and happiness, they can avoid the common pitfalls of burnout to excel as a phenomenal graduate student. At Mintea Academy, we teach graduate students the strategies to go from surviving to thriving in less than 30-minutes a day. This 3-week program is designed using evidence-based research to build resilience by focusing on their mindset, wellness, and productivity. Graduate students are disproportionately struggling with their mental health as a consequence of burnout.
