PEOPLE & CULTURE (HR): FUNDAMENTALS Baseline processes to comply with HR legislation. National and State-based rules for hiring independent contractors, hybrid working, psychological safety. Workforce planning to scale smoothly; and maintain that agile, start-up culture. 'PD on a page' visual one-pagers for role clarity + consistency. PEOPLE & CULTURE (HR): ADVANCED - Self-managing teams with clear commercial, cultural, and outcome accountability - Pay transparency - Employee ownership. STAKEHOLDER + COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT RESEARCH + CO-DESIGN + TESTING ADVISE + PLAN + DO Putting a product, service, or program out into the world? Bring knowledge holders, customers, clients, frontline staff, and other key stakeholders in to help shape it before you implement. Draw on our 'engagement plan' and operational expertise bringing people from all walks of life—especially people who are often overlooked—in to inform your work. DIGITAL (IT) Do you have Australian federal government contracts? Are the digital tools you're using compliant with data privacy and data sovereignty requirements? Review and advise. SECTORS Gov, health, transport, built environment, ESG. Whatever the challenge, we use a CO-DESIGN approach to involve key stakeholders throughout.
