Founded in 2025, Mobility Pathfinders is committed to growing the next generation of women leaders and strengthening the pipeline of female talent across every sector of the parking and mobility space. Our mission is to enhance and promote the leadership role of women in the industry through networking, education, and peer support. With standout programming, career resources, and a powerful network of support, we help women succeed at every stage of their careers.
