MODERN CATERING GROUP or MCG as we are lovingly called by our patrons and staff has been founded by Varun Raj Khullar. Having spent close to two decades in the banqueting and catering industry, Varun has extensively worked with the Marriott International Group, pre-opening hotel brands like the Ritz Carlton, JW Marriott and Courtyard by Marriott. HE IS A FIRM BELIEVER THAT “CREATIVITY IS THE PUREST FORM OF MAGIC” Ever since the inception of the MODERN CATERING GROUP, it has been our constant endeavor to bring in creative menus with emphasis on style and presentation and how food is displayed. The core aim of our company is not only to provide a progressive & bespoke catering experience to our customers but to also take them on a gastronomical adventure.
