We offer exceptional service coordinating numerous real estate transactions. We bring to the table premium communication and organizational capabilities. We foresee and solve any issues that may arise before closing and we always pay close attention to the details within each transaction from contract to close. We believe in being proactive not reactive.
We create information sheets to send to attorneys and lenders with all parties contact information, commission info, etc. We send emails to all parties regardless of which side of the transaction we are representing and are continually up to date about where we are in a transaction. We draw up addendums, send documents for signatures, and upload/submit documents to DocuSign or Dotloop. We schedule inspections too.
Not only do we assist the agents we partner with but we also offer support and authentic customer service to the clients the agents are working for. This looks like being available after normal business hours to take a clients call or text as well as being responsive and letting them know we are there with them along the way. By the time a transaction closes, it feels as though we've known each other a long time!
Extra administrative support is also available to the agents we partner with. We enjoy entering listings into the MLS, helping with offers, coordinating photos for listings, and other small tasks that an agent can offload to stay focused on sales.
