Jonathan started his career in hospitality and interior design. After combining the two in 1997 as interior designer of his restaurant, he decided to pursue his passion for modern furniture and design full-time. Since then, Jonathan has had his own interior business in Seattle (808 Design), and has worked for modern stalwarts Ligne Roset (Seattle, Philadelphia); Design Within Reach (New York, Chicago, Dallas, Miami); and Luminaire (Chicago). Over the last 25 years, he has pursued interior projects in Asia, Europe, and South and North America. Jonathan launched ModMobili in 2012 as a website and showroom, introducing BrickBox by Kazam! to the United States and Canada and featuring such brands as Living Divani, Porro, Walter Knoll, Zanotta, USM, MDF Italia, Kymo carpets, Vondom and Kristalia outdoor collections, and others. The last several years Jonathan was the N. America Director for Normann Copenhagen, building their business; that success led to becoming the agent for our current partner brands.
