MODUL LTD

Since 2008 MODUL LTD has been developing pyrolysis technology through which various types of waste such as End of Life Tyres (ELTs), waste biomass, waste plastics and other types of waste, become sustainable products, some of which are carbon black and pyrolysis oil. The technology developed by MODUL LTD is distinguished with: Fully automated and continuous process 24/7 CE and ATEX certification Low emissions Innovative reactor design Small number of workers for plant operation The method contributes to the circular economy and sustainable innovation, thereby significantly reducing CO₂. MODUL LTD has developed, tested and operates the first commercial continuous 24/7 tyre pyrolysis plant in Europe. Over 20 000 hours of R&D work have been done to create the technology, including more than 30 engineers with ample experience in chemical processes and more than 20 international laboratories. MODUL LTD has the know-how and owns the intellectual property rights for this technology.
