ModySpace is a Houston based commercial retail real estate development and property management firm. The company collaborates with local authorities to reinvent the urban look and feel for community projects. ModySpace develops and manages only self-owned land and properties. The firm works with restaurants, franchisees and retailers to develop shopping centers and other retail spaces including medical establishments. Signature Mody projects include Lake Pointe in Sugar Land, a hospital at Town Center lakeside in Sugar Land, and the upcoming Southlake and Upper Kirby projects in Dallas and Houston. The shopping centers in Frisco outside of Stonebriar Mall, in Arlington outside of Parks Mall and in Houston outside of Baybrook Mall are among other significant projects. ModySpace owns and manages over 300,000 square feet of retail space with an aggregate value of $100MM.
