MonTa Biosciences is a clinical stage biotech company located in the DTU science park in Kgs. Lyngby, Copenhagen. Our lead candidate MBS8 is a novel TLR7 agonist formulated in micelles, which show greater therapeutic activity and better safety profiles compared to non-formulated TLR7 agonists.
We are currently running a phase I clinical study in solid tumor cancer patients at sites in Denmark, Belgium and Spain and have dosed more than 20 patients.
MBS8 has the unique selling points:
-MBS8 can turn “Cold” tumors into “Hot” tumors
-Strong anti-tumor activity in a broad range of tumor models
-Unique MoA based on Neutrophil activation and tumor cell killing
-Can be administered intravenously
