Founded in 2009 with a deep commitment to sustainable design, we focus on regenerative development and design. We co-founded REGENBE 2018 as a leading company to facilitate collaborative processes with our partner Orígen Ingeniería Sismoresistente. Today we are an international collaborative driving company. In each project, we seek to work with the interested parties to reveal the essence and, with it, the potential of the projects to add value and promote conditions that lead to life. Our approach is operationalized through Integrative Design Processes, exploring the best solutions that contribute to human, climate, and ecosystem health and, with it, to the growing health and well-being of people and places. Our proposal to add value to projects includes the following; Prefer the best construction materials that reject or reduce toxicity throughout the life cycle. Enrich biodiversity restoration opportunities. Stimulate and encourage mobility and humanization of public space. Contribute to net positive annual balances in energy and water use as much as possible. Biophilic design and the use of biomimicry strategies as a conscious emulation of the genius of nature. Absolute respect for the Sense of Place. Inspire and motivate educational processes of interested parties, users, and visitors of the projects in which we are involved, including the design team, owners, developers, and work execution team. Recommendation for the use of systems based on engineering wood (mass timber) Consulting for implementing and improving sustainable operations of AEC and real estate development companies, including ESG risk management. Advice and consultancy for the structuring of plans for the use of labeled financial vehicles (social, green, sustainable) or linked to sustainability.
