Mid-Atlantic Off-Road Enthusiasts

Founded in 1992, MORE helps steward over 925 miles of natural-surface trails in 63 local, state, and federal parks across the region. Trail work efforts are led by MORE Trail Liaisons who work with various land managers to create and protect places to mountain bike. In 2024 alone, MORE members contribute more than 17,000 volunteer hours and led over 700 group rides. MORE’s Mission is to build an inclusive, grassroots mountain biking community and organization with the express purpose of expanding riding opportunities and increasing trail access throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. This is to be achieved by building and maintaining multi-use, sustainable trails, promoting volunteerism, partnerships and educational outreach across user groups, thereby enabling fun and rewarding riding experiences for all ages and abilities. MORE’s Vision is to become the premier mountain bicycling club in the Mid-Atlantic region.
