The divisions of the company include: MORGAN ENGINEERING: Civil Engineering Division has provided planning, site design and permitting services to real estate development professionals and property owners throughout the east coast. Clients include many top commercial, residential, and industrial real estate developers. MORGAN ENGINEERING: Residential & Commercial Sites Division is a one-call solutions provider with a proven track record of complete planning and design for residential subdivisions and commercial site developments. Morgan experts provide services that include title surveys, residential surveys, and boundary surveys. CONSTRUCTION LAYOUT DIVISION includes our work in construction and building surveying, and is the early work to guide our clients in their construction of new structures such as roads or buildings.
