Mountain Mindset Guides

After 15 odd years of supporting people to perform at their best within corporate organisations I am now bringing coaching into the outdoors. I believe that anyone - regardless of age or level of fitness - can enjoy the amazing outdoor spaces we have across the UK and use them to clear their mind, have space to think and move forward with whatever opportunities or challenges lay before them. I help people to foster a 'Mountain Mindset' merging skills and approaches from my time spent in the mountains with my personal development and coaching skillsets. In the same way that a Mountain Leader considers the terrain, the skills and motivation of the group before planning and navigating a route - I will help you to understand your skills, your strengths and your preferred destination before helping you create a plan to and commence your journey. Along the way you'll find tips to help you navigate, be self reliant and to get your self out of tricking situations as you encounter them.
