Move2THz - an ambitious project that will address today’s InP shortcomings and build a mature European ecosystem to obtain a commercially and industry viable platform for use in various mass-market applications utilizing the higher frequency spectrum towards THz and beyond.
Main OBJECTIVES:
1) Provide a competitive facility for the high volume InP manufacturing in Europe, ready to use for industry; 2) Foster and leverage European ecosystem on InP from the material to the application and widen the market adoption;
3) Demonstrate an overall CO2 footprint reduction all along the product life cycle, from cradle to grave.
