Therapists are inspired and challenged through clinical reflection, receiving weekly 1-on-1 mentoring, group mentoring, in-session coaching, peer co-treats, and mentoring with industry leaders from the US and Canada. Therapists are encouraged and supported to develop their personal areas of expertise and leadership. In our larger treatment spaces, OTs share the space, providing opportunities to learn through osmosis, seeing and sharing the energy and inspirational treatment ideas of their team mates.
