People in the voluntary sector face huge challenges, especially now. Overwhelm and exhaustion are common. I work with people and organisations to reduce overwhelm, build resilience and enable flourishing in the midst of It All. I do this by sharing skills and tools from coaching, yoga, non-violence and organisational development, using a warm light attitude alongside my deep expertise.
