MOVENSYS is a motion control platform provider! MOVENSYS, Inc. was originally known as Soft Servo Group and Soft Motions & Robotics of which the name was changed on March 22, 2021. MOVENSYS is an automation solution provider within the motion control markets of Semiconductor equipment as well as other electronic equipment. MOVENSYS focuses on open platform automation systems based on Real-Time OS technology with in-house software-based motion control with award-leading WMX3 software. We also provide a total motion control solution that includes servo drive, stepping motor, Industrial PC, and I/O. Soft Servo Group was originally founded in 1998 in the suburbs of Boston by a research team from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Since then, we have provided high-end motion control solutions at a low cost, blending state-of-the-art software and control technology. Our core technology, "Soft Motion," is a unique software technology that enables high-speed synchronous and simultaneous control of multiple industrial devices with just one PC. No dedicated hardware nor specialized board is needed. In the control field of the IoT era, PCs are taking over dedicated FA equipment. The industry is moving closer to our vision of "Soft Motion."
