Moving Maps is an international business consultancy based in the UK, offering in-house and open workshops, 1:1 and group coaching, team days and general consultancy using visual and experiential learning methods to help clients generate insights and solutions. Working with visual approaches for problem-solving and decision-making allows deeper reflections on critical challenges or opportunities. Through the visual mapping of the wider system in which your challenges or opportunities are situated, clarity on the current situation is achieved and allows you to identify steps to change. Movement in the visual maps leads to mental maps being changed, and solution paths emerge. Participants of our programmes go away with an image of the change they work towards, and having learned a process they can use for self-coaching. Our work is informed by systemic and change management approaches such as systemic coaching, visual mapping and Theory U. In addition to working with visual approaches we draw also on experiential learning methods which allows participants to draw on their implicit knowledge and intuition when planning and making decisions for their business. We further offer coach education (e.g. manager-as-coach programmes) and coach supervision 1:1 and in groups, both open and in-house.
