MPowrx began as an idea in 2007 from Calgary, Alberta native Dr. Nancy Markley. With an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, Dr. Markley set out to build a global health and wellness products company. MPowrx’s first product was an anti-snoring device invented by Calgary dentist and sleep researcher Dr. Leslie Dort (MSc, DDS, Dip, ABDSM) to treat a variety of sleep disorders affecting hundreds of millions of people worldwide. After Dr. Dort completed research and conducted clinical trials, MPowrx continued product development with design refinements, implementation of commercial scale manufacturing, regulatory compliance and licensing. With all the necessary steps complete, this innovative product was launched in Canada and USA in 2008, followed by launch into EU and Australia in 2010. Recognizing the potential for this product to positively impact people’s lives, MPowrx further expanded its distribution of the Good Morning Snore Solution internationally to reach millions of people around the globe who suffer from snoring and sleep apnea. MPowrx has grown into an international company with sales and distribution in over 85 countries worldwide.
