The Multiple System Atrophy Trust is the leading organisation covering the UK and Ireland specifically focused on supporting people affected by Multiple System Atrophy (MSA)- – a rare neurological disease, with no known cause or cure. MSA affects all of the body’s basic functions and causes deterioration in areas of the brain needed for movement, balance, swallowing, speech and continence We fund research into MSA and support those affected by the condition.
