Mursla Bio is a UK and Boston-based AI precision diagnostics company pioneering organ-specific blood tests through extracellular vesicle (EV) science. Spun out of Cambridge University, Mursla is a world leader in translational EV research and has developed a proprietary platform to isolate and characterize EVs from specific organs directly from blood. This enables non-invasive, clinically meaningful insights into organ biology, supporting use cases such as early disease detection, patient stratification, therapeutic monitoring, and minimal residual disease (MRD) assessment across oncology and cardiometabolic conditions. Our flagship product, EvoLiver™, is a first-in-class blood test for the early detection of liver cancer in high-risk individuals.
