We specialise in hydraulic oil tank cleaning, oil and filter changes as well as filtration and sampling.
If the hydraulic oil within your capital equipment has exceeded its useful life, or the machine has an unknown maintenance history, or suffered a component failure, the tank should be thoroughly cleaned.
Why would you put new oil into a dirty tank?
Every tank clean will come with before and after pictures of the tank, and a full engineers report on my findings.
Filtration will be carried out in two stages. This ensures that water/condensation, oxidisation and dirt particles are removed to within the OEM's specified limits, usually ISO 14/11 or better.
If the hydraulic oil is within its useful lifespan, and retains its anti-wear properties, then filtration and sampling are recommended to maintain the correct cleanliness of the oil.
Dirty or contaminated oil damages your capital equipment, resulting in high repair costs and downtime. The importance of correct maintenance of your hydraulic oil should not be under-estimated, and ideally would be incorporated within existing PPM's.
We have teamed up with EXOL Lubricants as our preferred supplier for industrial oils, greases and metal working fluids.
In plastic injection moulding machines, it is very important that a good quality hydraulic fluid is used. Most machines are fitted with high quality pumps, fine tolerance valves, ultra fine filters and contain various metals and seals made from many different materials. To prolong the life of your machine and its internal components, the use of a premium grade oil, preferably a group 2 oil with an excellent additive package is of paramount importance.
We also carry out metal working fluid testing.
