My Health Explained

myhealthexplained.com is an online diabetes educational platform delivering diabetes and other chronic disease health education to people affected by non communicable diseases (NCDs). By delivering customised content we are able to provide credible, insightful and relevant information to provide an experience that is more likely to lead to improved long term outcomes and behaviour change. The series have been developed by Dr Sultan Linjawi in collaboration with dieticians, diabetes educators and psychologists to provide a broad range of approaches delivered in documentary style videos. My Health Explained has the ambition to connect with 1 million people who either have diabetes or care for someone affected by the condition in the next 4 years through collaborations and direct to consumer campaigns.
