My Money Tracker is offering a service that can support FIFO workers in addressing one of the key issues that they face, the so-called 'golden handcuffs'. Despite high levels of income, FIFO workers are reported to take on large debts, which can force them to stay longer in FIFO work than they would have wanted to. This form of paradoxical financial over-commitment has been reported to have a negative link with the mental health of FIFO workers (Parker et al, 2018).
