Sabre Resources Ltd

Sabre Resources Ltd (‘the Company’ or ‘Sabre’) is an exploration and mining development company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange under the symbol “SBR”. The Company’s strategy is focussed on building shareholder value through advancing exploration assets via discovery and development of economic mineral deposits. The strategic focus of the Company, geographically, is the world-class mineral terranes of Western Australia, with a commodity focus on nickel (sulphides) and gold. Nickel is a key battery mineral and prices are projected to continue increasing due to rapidly growing demand for critical lithium-ion battery components to power the electric vehicle and other renewable energy industries. Gold has continued to be strongly supported and is likely to benefit from projected inflationary pressures globally. The Company’s primary focus is its Sherlock Bay Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Project in the northwest Pilbara region of Western Australia, where a resource containing approximately 100Kt of Nickel has been defined and a recently completed Scoping Study on the Project (refer to SBR announcement dated 27 January 2022) has highlighted the cashflow potential of the project at current and projected nickel prices and upside potential for higher-grade nickel sulphides at depth. Three other nickel sulphide projects have recently been acquired in WA (refer to SBR announcement dated 13 December 2021), as the Company looks to become a key player in the nickel sulphide exploration and development space. The Company also continues to build on it’s portfolio of gold exploration assets in the in the highly prospective Youanmi Terrane of Western Australia, with the acquisition of the Ninghan Gold Project, located in the southern Murchison District, 20km, along strike from the Mt Gibson Gold that has a 3.0Moz pre-mining gold endowment.
